SAXS -- Radial average calculation in SAVAGE

Savage calculates information for bins of equal S, where:

S = 2*sin(theta)/lamda

S is in units of reciprocal angstroms.

For each S, the following information is calcualated and output:

  1. Snpix -- number of pixels contributing to this bin
  2. SI -- total counts (intensity) for this bin
  3. SII -- Integrated Intensity for this bin (S*(per-pix avg))
  4. SIIp -- SII multiplied by polarization correction: 2/(1+cos^2(2*theta))
  5. SI3D -- (SIIp)*S (to give 3D intensity for shell)
  6. SI3Dc -- SI3D with detector correction applied. This adjusts for longer path at higher angles: 1/(cos^2(2theta))
