APROPOS is a program for the search of surface pockets in the 3D structure of a molecule. It identifies surface atoms that form a pocket and provides these atoms in a PDB format file for display. Below the potential binding pocket atoms of the pyrococcus woesei TATA-binding protein are displayed in cyan.
