The CATH database is a hierarchical domain classification of protein structures in the protein databank. There are four major levels in this hierarchy; Class, Architecture, Topology (fold family) and Homologous superfamily. CATHServer allows you to scan a structure against the CATH database to identify related structures.
You fill out a form at the CATHServer and you will recieve an email with a URL in it. The URL will look something like this:
