Does it have unusual electrostatics?

GRASP allows one to calculate and display electrostatic potential of macromolecules. Below is a figure showing the different electrostatic potentials of the the pyrococcus woesei TATA-binding protein and the similar saccharomyces cerevisiae TATA-binding protein. The figure is from DeDecker, et al. (1996) The Crystal Structure of a Hyperthermophilic Archaeal TATA-box Binding Protein, J. Mol. Biol., 264, 1072 - 1084.

Positive potentials are in blue and negative potentials are red with both contoured at a magnitude of 1 kT.
