Is the geometry correct?

PROCHECK is a suite of programs to check the stereochemical quality of protein structures. You obtain PostScript plots of the following type:

• ramachand - 1. Ramachandran plot
• ramglypro - 2. Gly & Pro Ramachandran plots
  allramach - (where all 20 Ramachandran plots are produced)
• chi1_chi2 - 3. Chi1-Chi2 plots
• mainchpar - 4. Main-chain parameters
• sidechpar - 5. Side-chain parameters
• residprop - 6. Residue properties
• bondlenth - 7. Main-chain bond length distributions
• bondangle - 8. Main-chain bond angle distributions
• planargps - 9. RMS distances from planarity
• distortgm - 10. Distorted geometry plots

And ASCII output files containing the following information:

   .lan    Main-chain bond lengths and bond angles used by the plotting programs
   .nb     List of atom-pairs making near-neighbour contacts
   .new    "Cleaned-up" version of the original coordinates file
   .pln    Coordinates of atoms in planar groups
   .rin    Residue information used by the plotting programs
   .sco    Main-chain and side-chain properties
   .sdh    Residue-by-residue G-factors
   .sum    PROCHECK summary results
