Installed for word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations is Microsoft Office 97-SR2. This suite of programs includes:

1. Word 97 -- word processing and HTML editor
2. Excel 97 -- spreadsheets
3. Access 97 -- databases
4. PowerPoint 97 -- presentations and slides
5. Bookshelf 97 -- reference including dictionary, thesaurus, atlas, and encyclopedia

There is extensive help available on-line for users who do not know how to use these programs.
