CCP4

Version 6.0.2 is the default version.

Version 5.0.2 is also available in the event of problems, legacy scripts, etc.

If you need an even older version, such as 4.2.2, see the Core staff.

To get started type:

setup ccp4 (or source /srv/local/setup/ccp4.set) to use version 6.0.2

setup ccp4 5.0.2  to use version 5.0.2

setup ccp4 big to use the "big" version of 6.0.2 (batch queue only)

then the name of the program of choice.

CCP4i the graphical interface is available.
Type ccp4i to launch the graphical interface.

Note: If you are going to submit a ccp4 job in the batch queue system you need to include a line in your command file to source the ccp4.set file! Doing it yourself won't help a batch job.

Documentation for the individual programs is available in html for version 5.0, and for version 6.0 .

The CCP4 home page has the most up-to-date online documentation.

An out-of-date hard copy of the user manual is somewhere in the core area.
