CCP4

Version 4.1 has been installed as ccp4current in /srv/local

To get started type:

setup ccp4 or (source /srv/local/setup/ccp4.set)

then the name of the program of choice.

CCP4i the graphical interface is available.
Type ccp4i to launch the graphical interface.

Note: If you are going to submit a ccp4 job in the batch queue system you need to include a line in your command file to source the new ccp4.set file! Doing it yourself won't help a batch job.
