CCP4

Version 5.0.2 is the default version.

Version 6.0.1 has also been installed in /srv/local/ccp4 but should be considered a preliminary release, as bug fixes are still coming in.

To get started type:

setup ccp4 (or source /srv/local/setup/ccp4.set) to use version 5.0.2

setup ccp4 6.0.1  to use version 6.0.1

setup ccp4 4.2.2 to use the old 4.2.2 version

then the name of the program of choice.

CCP4i the graphical interface is available.
Type ccp4i to launch the graphical interface.

Note: If you are going to submit a ccp4 job in the batch queue system you need to include a line in your command file to source the ccp4.set file! Doing it yourself won't help a batch job.

Documentation for the individual programs is available in html for version 4.2.2, for version 5.0, and for version 6.0 .
