Some notes on the examples directories here (they may contain their
own README files):

* vms: VMS DCL scripts of unknown provenance -- these haven't been
  checked recently, so caveat emptor.  Conversions of the unix scripts
  to DCL are welcome.

* toxd: unix scripts for a real analysis with a small dataset

* unix/runnable: more unix scripts using the toxd data which should
  actually run

* unix/non-runnable: unix scripts without usable input data, e.g. for
  image processing and reduction

* tutorial: contains procedural scripts in five main areas. These are
  MR, MIR, refinement, MAD and density modification. These tutorial 
  scripts will be particularly useful for new users.
