Installation is very simple

• edit the file chi_env - change the one line:
• setenv CHI_ROOT 'location of chi directory'

on each kind of machine that you will run on:

• in src directory type:
• make

this will compile some programs and place them in a machine specific subdirectory (under the exec directory).

NOTE: CHI should be installed only once, in a central location where it can be accessed by all users.

Program requirements

In order to use the CHI package the following programs must be installed:

• CNS
• PCNS (if parallel execution is required)
