Notes:
   "Advisory" means that the program runs, but prints an advisory
suggesting that you obtain a newer version.
   Scale20 and scale21 both report that they are version 1.0, but
they are not identical.

Scalepack comes in a variety of sizes:

scalepacksmall, scalepack, scalepackbig, scalepackverybig,
scalepackhuge.
Note: DO NOT use scalepack on Impact machines such as csbthr or csbasn.
