On one of the Linux or SGI workstations, type:
setup hkl [site]
Omitting the location will display a list of allowed sites (e.g., "csb" for local data collection).
Then type:
HKL2000 &
to start using HKL2000. As the startup script notes, the command-line versions of denzo and scalepack are almost available, but alas, hardly anyone uses these anymore.
Currently, there is no up-to-date hardcopy of the HKL2000 documentation, but an online manual is available (local to Core only).Last Modified: Saturday, 17-Sep-2005 23:19:02 EDT
