The ADSC/MacCHESS Graphical Interface to DPS/Mosflm Data Processing
Processing images from the ADSC Quantum-4 CCD detector.
The programs include: the graphical interface itself (dpg_motif_gui), a display program (adxv), DPS indexing routines (dps_peaksearch, dps_index, dps_analyseOM, dps_bravais), a refinement routine from an earlier version of CCP4 (postchk), conversion routines (adxv2dps_coord, adxv2mos_coord, mos2dps_coord, condense_bravais, bravais_to_mosflm, b_to_m_constrain, mtz2various_cn), and various auxiliary routines (addf, addi, divf, subf, subi, check_filenames, make_3digit, end_imno, get_gdb, mh_st, system_from_info). In addition a version of mosflm (mosflm) is included. This is version 5.42 for SGI and LINUX, 5.5 with a modification to allow exclusion of specified areas of the detector for Alpha.
To get started in the CSB core, type:
setup dps_gui (or source /srv/local/setup/dps_gui.set)
and
dpg_motif_gui
