dtprocess
dtprocess on-line help
dtprocess is a graphical user interface for the
d*TREK suite of programs that allows one to process
single crystal diffraction images to obtain a reflection list with h, k, l,
Intensity and SigmaI. One may use dtprocess in either manual or
automatic mode (see first-timer use and
Getting started).).
With dtprocess you can:
- Setup calibration and scan info.
- Find spots for autoindexing and refinement.
- Index spots to get the initial crystal unit cell and
crystal orientation.
- Refine crystal, detector and source properties.
- Predict reflections.
- Orient: Determine crystal goniometer angles to achieve a specific crystal orientation.
- Strategy: Determine a suitable scan rotation for data collection.
- Integrate a scan of images to get h, k, l, Intensities and SigmaI.
- Merge reflection list files.
- Scale/Average a reflection list that has multiple batches.
- Open and/or save specific data processing schemes.
- Edit d*TREK header files.
- Launch dtdisplay to view images and
reflection lists.
- Launch dtcollect to collect images.
On-line help in dtprocess is provided by HyperText Markup Language
(HTML) files that are viewable via a HTML viewer such as
netscape or
NCSA mosaic.
Help is available by choosing Help in the dtprocess menubar.
Hyperlinks are usually underlined and displayed in blue letters.
