A suite of software developed over the years in Wayne Hendrickson's laboratory for phasing by Multi-wavelength Anomalous Diffraction (MAD).

MADSYS has been compiled for both SGI and DEC. To set your path type:

setup madsys

Example *.com files are in /srv/local/madsys/com/. Start with one of these and edit it for your specific case.

A user guide is available locally and several worked examples are described at the MADSYS homepage.
