* MAPMAN Version 5.7

- A set of NEw commands has been implemented (similar to those in
  MAMA), that can be used to create empty maps that can subsequently
  be filled from other maps etc. (e.g., to augment input maps for
  ESSENS; see new section in the ESSENS manual on how to do this !)
- Changed maximum number of maps allowed to 100.

- hetero.pdb - an updated version of the hetero compound collection,
  now containing almost 2000 entries !

- all_on_off.odb - a tad nerdy, perhaps, but the new version of the
  object-on/off-switching macros no longer allowed one to toggle
  the display status of the objects.  I added a macro to do this
  in only 4 lines of O commands :-)
- cis_proline.odb - fixed so it works with O 6.2.2 again


* HIC-Up

- HIC-Up (http://xray.bmc.uu.se/hicup) has been updated and now
  contains information for 1,981 hetero entities encountered in
  the PDB.
