Uppsala Software Factory - WWW services
The following WWW services are available from Uppsala at present:
- Dennis Madsen has written
a SPASM server. If you are in Uppsala, you can use the full-blown
version on the intranet server. Otherwise,
you can use this
public version. If you want to install a SPASM server locally,
contact Dennis
for a copy of the Perl script.

- HIC-Up,
Hetero-compound Information Centre - Uppsala (dictionaries for O,
X-PLOR/CNS, TNT, etc. etc.)
- MOLEMAN2 server to generate Ramachandran,
C-Alpha-Ramachandran, and Duarte-Pyle plots, as well as
VRML worlds.
- MAPMAN server to convert ASCII maps in
CNS, X-PLOR, MASK (RAVE-style), EZD and OLDEZD format into
O-style binary BRIX and DSN6 maps
- VRML files
(final model and density) of several structures solved in Uppsala
- EDS,
the Uppsala Electron-Density Server
- A crystallographer's guide to interpreting
WHATIF output
