Follow these directions to use O on the PC. You can either use it locally on the D:\ drive or over the network via SAMBA, which is mounted on the Z:\ drive. If you have any problems, see a system administrator.

1) Copy the shortcut "Shortcut to ono" from D:\ono to your folder in D:\Users\ or to your Samba account mounted on Z:\
a) highlight the shortcut by clicking on it once
b) press the right mouse button and select "Copy"
c) goto D:\Users\$your_dir or Z:\$dir
d) click the right mouse button and select "Paste"

2) Repeat #1 for the file "ono_path".

3) Add your current directory to the path
a) highlight the shortcut by clicking on it once
b) press the right mouse button and select "Properties"
c) Under "Start in" type in the directory you are running O from"D:\Users\$your_dir" or "Z:\$dir"
d) press "ok"

4) Start O by double clicking on the shortcut you made

5) When prompted to "Define an O file (terminate with blank): type "d:\ono\ono_path"
a ) this sets up the path for the required O files (i.e. menu.o, access.o)

6) Enter your O binary file next

7) Press "Enter" to accept the default values for menu.o, access.o, etc. if prompted.

8) When the display is shown, click on it and press "F1" to turn off stereo.
