Below is a comparison of the ribbon figures made by several graphics programs here in the CSB core lab. Frequently one wants to display a selection of atoms and bonds with the ribbons and the following examples demonstrate that with disulfide atoms and bonds. The example scripts will give you an idea of how to make your own similar figure.
