SURFNET IL8 Gaps Example

A PDB file called il8.pdb was obtained.

The file surfnet.par (deposited in your directory when you setup SURFNET was edited as here).

The gaps.den file was converted to an O style map as described on the previous page.

The gaps.map was displayed with ball and stick atoms using RIBBONS and the general commands found in the worked example for RIBBONS.
