CSB Email Policies

Each CSB user will have a maximum of 100MB for email storage in the system mail directory. When your quota is exceeded, incoming mail will not be delivered. It will be held by the sending machine and, eventually, returned to sender. You are encouraged to migrate your mail to other locations, rather than keeping all your mail in the system mail directory.
When you use webmail or another mail client to place meil into folders, your are removing the mail from the system storage area to your own home area.

All use of Email, either as a sender or recipient, should be consistent with a decent regard for other CSB users and for those with whom you correspond. Use of CSB email facilities must be consistent with Yale University policies, and with local, state and national laws.
