The production server on elijah maintains 4 cache files:
| c: | DvdCache0 | DvdCache1 |
| d: | DvdCache0 | DvdCache1 |
If we send multiple orders from a client to the productin server, we are told that:
| Order1 -> | cache1 | recorder 1 |
| Order2 -> | cache1 | recorder 2 |
| Order3 -> | cache2 | recorder 1 |
| Order4 -> | cache2 | recorder 2 |
It appears that cache1 refers to the files on drive c:, cache2 refers to the files on drive d:. This means that the first 2 orders compete for the same disk.
On elijah, we can look at the production server, and click on Server Settings. I tried unchecking Use static caching.
Using gendvd v2.0, I sent a job to the production server. It went immediately to the RECORDING stage, skipping DOWNLOADING.
I then used buildiso v2.0 to send a job. It went first to DOWNLOADING. I don't know why.
