Following the instructions in the SDK 7.0 Client API Programming Guide
Appendix G -- "Using Merge Files in CD Designer"

1) Used CD Designer to create a label with the one merge field: fname1
Save in D:\images\labels\mergetest2.btw. Label has one fixed text field before
the merge field.

2) Using notepad, created a file D:\images\mt2-run1.txt
"field1"
"first line"
"another line"

3) Made sure the rimage was set to use CD-R, not DVD-R.

4) Using QuickDisk, under the CD tab, selected "Print Job". Selected the 
saved label mergetes2. Browsed for D:\images\mt2-run1.txt for the 
merge data. Selected "Next", then "Print.". Two disks printed. Each had the
fixed text field. The first had "first line", the 2nd had "another line" printed
on it.

5) Repeated the test with a label with 2 fields. It still worked.
